State of Vietnam Semi-Postal
In 1952, State of Vietnam issued 2 stamps in 2 different sets with the surtax for 2 Organization: Vietnamese Red Cross and the Wounded Soldiers Aid.
The first one is Empress Namphuong type of 1952 surcharge in Carmine "the Red Cross" and the surtax + 1.50 piatres for the Vietnamese Red Corss Association.
The B-1 stamps were issued in souvenir booklet which contained 20 stamps in strip of 10 and fold in half.

The second one was issued to support Wounded
Soldiers Aid Organization.
Design: the tree sabers and the flag of Vietnam
Denomination 3 dong 30 + $1.70 surtax
$3.30 for postage fee and $1.70 for The Soldiers Aid organization.

The B-2 stamps also were issued in souvenir booklet which contained 4 stamps in block of 4 and is one the most value and RARE in Vietnam stamps collection.
