Q. How can I create account on Vietbay?
A. It's easy, please fill out our Registration Form. Enter your name/company name, address etc., and press a summit button. Your account will be set after 1 second!
Q. Do I have to buy anything when creating my account?
A. No, you don't. Just go first to have your favorite login name.
Q. Can I order some items over quantity in your stock?
A. No, you can not. You will be blocked from ordering when levels reach zero and also be blocked from ordering more products than we have on stock. However, if you need more, you can use our Waiting List.
Q. What is your Waiting List?
A. Our Waiting List set up for customer who likes to have the out of stock items.
Q. Do I have to pay first when sign up your Waiting List?
A. No, you don't have to pay anything with our Waiting List. After sign up to a Waiting List, you will be notified when the item is re-stocked.
Q. Do I have to buy it (them)? What's happening if I change my mind?
A. You don't have to buy them if you change your mind. We only send to you the notified E-mail, not the invoice.
Q. Where is your Wating List
A. Our Waiting List places in the OUT OF STOCK ITEM PAGE, you can find this link when comesee it (the OUT OF STOCK ITEM PAGE)
Q. After shopping, how can I check out?
A. When you are done shopping, simply click on "Check Out". You will be asked to fill out the necessary information, including your shipping and payment by check/money order or Paypal! You will see a final invoice which you can print if you want. You will also receive an email in just a few moments with complete details.
Q. I forgot to print my invoice and deleted the email after order, How can I know what did I order?
A. Don't worry, you can view the status of all of your orders, including update information and your previous invoices as long as they are online. Just login your account on vietbay.com and you will see your ORDER HISTORY below your account informations.
Q. I need/like to re-order from some of my previous orders, Do I need to go shopping again?
A. No, You don't need to waist time to do that. You can re-order/duplicate a previous order with a single click from the invoices which are still online in your account and if the items which you like still available in our stock.
Q. How much is your minimum order requirement?
A. There is a minimum order requirement of $25.00
Q. Sometime I saw your offer "Buy X get Free item", what is that?
A. Our "Buy X Items - Get 1 Free" gives the shopper a discount based on a predetermined qualifying number of items. For every increment of that number, an item's value reduces the total sale. For example, if the number is 6 and the customer buys 6, the lowest priced item is free. If the customer buys 12, the lowest two items are free. Our system also reduces the sales tax (if apply) automatically, as less money will be collected.
Q. What are your shipping options?
A. We charge shipping by Base + number of items by World Zone. (Ex. For First Class inside USA the first item = $1.50 cents, the next will be $0.25...) and go on!
Q. During shopping, how can I know the shipping charge?
A. You can see in the small basket (on left column) we create the SHIPPING OPTION ready.
Q. How can I use it.
A. Just log in your account or if you don't have account on vietbay, click on SHIPPING OPTION. Then, enter your destination in the follow screen, you will find out how much for your currently shipping.

A. Our TELL A FRIEND was created to help customers save time to send an E-mail to their friend and/or someone about this site or some items. Everthing was set up, just enter your friends' Emails and click summit! Try it with your own e-mail and have some funs!
Q. What is your RATE IT?
A. This option was created only for customers who have accounts on vietbay and like to rate some items, after LOGIN to their accounts, they can "play this game". There are 5 rating levels in this option to choice.
