 In 1951, Viet Nam issued 13 stamps in one set, that named The First Set of Vietnam Stamps, but has 6 different designs: 2 for Emperor Bao Dai and 4 the Viet Nam capital cities

This set also had one souvernir booklet exist comprising five gummmed sheets measuring 121 x 97 mm, containing a single copy each of # 1, 2, 6, 9, and 12 together with commemorative inscriptions. They have 2 types for this bookelt.
       - Type A: these sheets have gum
      -  Type B : No Gum
